Hi!

We are locals with a dream to bring Achievable Housing to Lake Tahoe. Our plan is to build and maintain condos that the middle-class workforce can afford. The needs of the middle-class are often ignored--they make too much money to get government assistance and not enough to live where they work. They must drive up the mountain from Carson or Reno to work. 

We want to build beautiful, brand-new condos for the local middle-class workforce to elevate their lifestyle. We are not offering low-quality condos for less money; we are offering high-quality condos for less money. We want to give back to the community. 

It often feels like we are the only ones with this dream. It's been a rocky road with road blocks put up by some neighbors and the government that claims it is for achievable housing. 

Please join us on our journey on this lonely, rocky road to Achievable Housing. It is difficult but we will persevere and triumph: one day, middle-class professionals will be able to afford to live in Tahoe.
